Just to confirm what Laura said, perpetual licenses are all still authorized exactly as before.This change only affects subscriptions. For perpetual license owners, your existing installs are fine. If you need to reinstall, only the latest Lightroom perpetual (6.14) is still available on the public download pages, although customer services have access to earlier versions.
